A 12-week accompanied journey for the high-functioning person who has tried everything and is ready to stop thinking their way out.
We go at your pace, in your direction. The early sessions are simply about arriving — slowing down enough to hear what's actually happening underneath the managing and the performing. Many clients haven't done that in years, and it tends to surprise them.
From there, things start to have names. The exhaustion, the not recognising yourself, the sense that the tools that used to work no longer do — there is structure to all of it, and understanding that structure changes your relationship to it. We work with your nervous system, your patterns, the scripts you've been living so long you forgot they were scripts.
By the later sessions, most clients are moving toward what they actually want rather than away from what's wrong. Quietly, and on their own terms.
What most clients notice
The noise begins to quiet.
The chronic hum of stress that has become so familiar it feels normal starts to settle. You begin to feel the difference between regulated and not, and to catch it earlier, before it has taken over.
You start to hear yourself more clearly.
There are two things that have been drowning out your own voice: the nervous system static, and the accumulated weight of what you should do, should want, should be. As both quiet, something else becomes audible. It is quieter than either of them, and more reliable.
A pause appears before decisions.
Where before there was automatic compliance, with the diary, with the demand, with the expectation, there is now a moment. Inside that moment you can begin to distinguish what is actually right for you from what you have simply always done.
Things start to come off the plate.
Not from exhaustion, but from discernment. You begin to understand, in your body rather than just your head, that taking care of yourself is not indulgent. It is what makes everything else possible.
The people around you notice something has shifted.
Less reactivity. More presence. You may not be able to see it yourself yet, but it shows up in your relationships before it fully lands as a felt sense of yourself.
Structure
6 sessions over 12 weeks, fortnightly, 60 minutes each.
Online, or in person in Cape Town.
Between sessions
A gentle automated check-in with a somatic practice or reflection prompt, timed to where you likely are in the work. Message access if something comes up that can't wait.
Continuation
Further engagement beyond The Way Back is available. Structure and pricing determined individually after the 8 sessions are complete.
Investment
Payable in two instalments — on booking and at session 3 · USD equivalent approx. $655
Founding client rate: R7,500 in the same instalment structure, available for the first 2–3 clients in exchange for a testimonial and outcome feedback. Not listed publicly.
